Sambal kerang istimewa:)

During this blessed month, I want to share a recipe that easy to be prepared.Mari kita sama-sama mencubanya.Sungguh sedap bila dimakan dengan nasi panas..nyummy


Bahan-bahan: (hidangan untuk 5 orang)

1/2 kg kerang- direbus sebentar dan dikupas kulitnya

3/4 cawan cili kisar

5 ulas bawang merah dan 2 ulas bawang putih dikisar halus

1/2 labu bawang besar dihiris nipis

1 sudu besar air asam jawa cair

garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:

1. Panaskan 2 sudu besar minyak dalam periuk. Masukkan bawang kisar dan tumis hingga wangi anggaran 1-2 minit. Masukkan cili kisar. Tumis hingga pecah minyak. Gunakan api sederhana dan kacau sekali-sekala.

2. Masukkan air rebusan dan air asam jawa. Masak lagi hingga kuah agak pekat. Masukkan bawang besar, kerang, garam dan gula secukup rasa. Didihkan dan kacau sebati. Tutup api dan hidangkan bersama nasi putih atau nasi lemak.

What can I say... Yes I miss you, I miss everything about you, every word you've ever said to me. But so what you left doesn't mean I should sit here in my soaking wet pillow and keep crying my life away. It really is time to move on. I know you still notice me, and yeah you know you felt something for me I know it too.. It's just not so likely anymore. I just feel like you just wanted to lead me on sometimes, flirting away with your black eyes, texting me first making me think you want me the way I want you. nak raya dahh..:))

kejap je lg seminggu nak raya..ala kadar aje raya tahun nie..baju raya pun sepasang je..itu pun beli aje,tak sempat nk tempah..hehe..lg seminggu nie demam pula,kalu xlarat nanti,ponteng posa la..huhu.alasan kan..:)) tapi kan bila puasa nie asyik mengantuk semacam jer..tgh duduk2 sjer leh ttdo..bace paper pon leh ttdo..tgk tv pon leh ttdo jugak...nape ye??

sepanjang bulan puasa nie rajin pulak aku masak...tolong2 ma.yela,kalu kat hostel tu nak masak kat mana la pulak kan..ada jugak aku try buat caramel ari 2..tak bape nak jadi pulak..resepi silap..tapi dah dapat resepi yang baru..i will try later..mesti y'all teringin tgk kn..perasan je.bukan ape my dad suke bangat sama itu caramel..

Actually,semua ahli keluarga da ada kat rumah except adik i yang form 3...cian betul kat dia...semua sekolah da cuti tapi sekolah dia tak cuti2 lagi...redha je la ye adikku...ur sis always wait 4 u..chewahh..speaking lak..:) Dis year,maybe i blek kampung kejap je...member2 nk buat reunion pulak..reunion time raya2 nie...adoi.mybe pegi kot,da lme betul tak jumpa..da beranak pinak...i je yang single mingle lg..heheh...will inform any news about my reunion later...zaas

p/s: Ketika tangan tidak dapat mencapai orang-orang dekat di hati,aku selalu memeluk mereka dengan doa-doaku..Semoga kebahagiaan akan diisi dengan semua hal terbaik dan diberkati Allah....Selamat Hari Raya kepada semua...♥♥

hari ini merupakan hari ketiga praktikal...actually bes pbs kali nie...macam-macam aktiviti yang guru pelatih perlu buat...macam hari ini ada event memperingati Gaza...Guru pelatih kena buat persembahan..Kami tak prepare cangat pun...Kami just baca sajak diiringi muzik latar...hehehe...baca je la...depan murid-murid je pun..tapi still la ada guru yang tengok...agak gementar jugak tadi...tapi persembahan kami still dapat pujian penolong kanan... :))

then lepas tu terus masuk ke kelas darjah dua...temuramah murid cket..aktif betul murid-murid tahun dua nie...macam-macam soalan..soalan paling best tnya,Cikgu dah kawin ke??Adoi,pandai betul budak-budak sekarang nie...heheh...

alhamdulillah..bru je tiba di kampung halaman setelah hari ketiga berpuasa.boleh la berbuka bersama keluarga.dalam kegembiraan ini terselit juga rasa kekecewaan.aku akan berjauhan dengan seseorang oleh sebab yang tak dapat dielakkan..aku tidak perlu berasa kecewa kerana dia pun tidak minta perkara ini berlaku.hanya tiba-tiba.just listen to music or look at pictures of you, not to remind me of you but to make me feel as if I'm with you.
